OIL SERVICE PLANS
Coverage Until August 31, 2017
Standard Furnace Service Plan $99.95 +HST ($119.95 if purchased after Oct 15th) includes:
- Tune Up and Service of appliance
- 20% discount on any extra service work required
- Priority Service
- Automatically billed in October 2016
Full Furnace or Boiler Service Plan $259.95 +HST (must be purchased before Oct 15th) includes:
- Tune Up and Service of appliance
- Priority Service
- Free No-Heat calls
- Automatically billed in October 2016
- Parts Including: Standard Thermostat, ignition assembly, cadium cell, fan, fan belts & motors, exposed oil line up to 25 feet, aquastat or airstat, draft regulator, protectorelay, burner motor, combustion chamber, fan center, ignition transformer, limit control, fuel pump and coupling, burner fan & air gate, blast tube & end cone, hot water circulating motor. (Pump and plumbing costs not included. No heat calls caused by furnace oil run outs for customers that are not on automatic delivery are not covered under this plan.)
Premium Boiler Service Plan $305.95 +HST (must be purchased before Oct 15th) includes:
- Tune Up and Service of appliance
- Priority Service
- Free No-Heat calls
- Automatically billed in October 2016
- Parts Including: Standard Thermostat, ignition assembly, cadium cell, fan, fan belts & motors, exposed oil line up to 25 feet, aquastat or airstat, draft regulator, protectorelay, burner motor, combustion chamber, fan center, ignition transformer, limit control, fuel pump and coupling, burner fan & air gate, blast tube & end cone, hot water circulating motor, circ pumps, T&P valve, feed valve, ET30 expansion tank and plumbing to manifold. (Pump and plumbing costs not included. No heat calls caused by furnace oil run outs for customers that are not on automatic delivery are not covered under this plan.)
Conditions: Available to residential appliances only. Parts required to initially bring appliance to code are not included. We reserve the right to refuse plans for obsolete or decrepit equipment. Covers only normal operating conditions, wear & tear, mechanical failure and service deficiencies. Acts of God including damage by flood, wind, animals, etc. not included.
Agreement terminates if customer uses heating oil other than Edward Fuels’. The plan will be for a period of one year and automatically renewed unless cancelled. Price subject to change annually. (In floor heating is not included.)
PROPANE & NATURAL GAS SERVICE PLANS
$119.95 +HST for first appliance, any additional appliances at same appointment $54.95 +HST. Replacement parts are extra if required.
- Furnace Includes: Standard filter, vacuum fan & burner cabinet, clean all condensate hoses, check thermostat, heat rise, clean flame sensor, inspection of fan, burners and safety switches.
- Boiler Includes: Complete boiler cleaning and vacuuming, inspection of all venting and controls.
- Wall Hung Boiler $189.95 +HST Includes: Complete boiler cleaning and vacuuming, system flush, inspection of venting, controls and heat exchanger. Wall hung boilers require special attention and need to be serviced regularly to prevent scale build up that can lead to costly repairs. – Higher fee is due to the extra time required to clean these units.
- Hot Water Heater Includes: Complete burner cleaning and vacuuming, inspection of all venting and controls. Edward Fuels rental water heaters will be serviced for no charge during the same appointment.
- HRV Includes: Vacuuming of filters & cabinet, clean core condensate line, inspect all controls and outside hoods
- Air Handler Includes: Replacement filter, cleaning & vacuuming, inspection of all parts.
- Fireplace Includes: Glass cleaning and inspection of: burner, ignition, pilot, fan, thermostat, and termination.
